Ceramic artist Seok-binn Kim is currently making various porcelain canvases, including the cobalt shower line and blue line series. Based on various experiences, he started to design these beautiful lines in 2009.

The blue line series makes the most of staining glaze and its unique texture, bringing out both a soothing look and an interesting feel. By exploring unique tones of blue, the blue line items make your table more vivid than others.

• Naturally occurred variation in size, shape, flatness, and glaze colour is what gives handmade ceramics their charm.
• Fine bumps or air holes in the hand-made process.
• Small bubbles can be created on the glaze from the kiln process
• Black spots can be caused by glazing raw materials (with iron)
• A flow trace or a lump of glaze can be created on the surface of porcelain during handcrafting.  
• It is recommended to use ceramic, wooden, or silicone cutlery on matte ceramics. Its scratches may not be removed by regular cleaning.
