How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and pre-orders) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


You can skip the shipping fees with free showroom pickup at 57 Susan Schardt Way Ryde NSW 2112. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our showroom pickup hours are 10AM-5PM on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

What is your return policy?

Can I use multi-promo codes at checkout?

At this time, only one code per transaction is accepted.

How does a gift card work?

A digital gift card can be applied to any purchase. If you are purchasing an e-gift card for someone else, you will need to either enter their email address at checkout or forward the e-gift card you purchase to their email address.

What is the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on "Track It" and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Can I change or cancel an order after it's been placed?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes
